What hotel delivery means at Rodney's
When you book a rental online and pick your hotel as the pickup location, we bring the car to you rather than making you come to our George Town office. It's free to every major Grand Cayman hotel on Seven Mile Beach, the East End, and beyond — no shuttle to chase, no Uber fare (Uber doesn't operate here anyway), no 30-minute detour after a long flight. We also deliver to condos, villas, and Airbnbs island-wide at no charge. The handoff takes 10–15 minutes at the hotel lobby or valet stand.

Seven Mile Beach: Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, The Ritz-Carlton, Westin Grand Cayman, Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort, Margaritaville Beach Resort, Comfort Suites, Sunshine Suites. West Bay / North: Grand Caymanian Resort, Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman. East End: Wyndham Reef Resort, Compass Point Dive Resort, Morritt's Tortuga. George Town area: Holiday Inn Resort Grand Cayman. If your hotel isn't listed, message us — we deliver island-wide and the list above is just the common ones.
How it works — five steps
1. Book online at /reservation and pick your hotel as the pickup location. 2. Add your hotel name and confirmation number in the notes field so we know who to ask for at the front desk. 3. Share your flight number at checkout — we track it so we know when you've actually landed (vs. scheduled arrival). 4. Aim for delivery ~30 minutes after your expected check-in time so you're not waiting for a car while the hotel preps your room. 5. Meet our driver at the lobby or valet stand with your driver's license and credit card. Keys handed over in 10–15 minutes, driver heads back to our office, you head to the beach.
Why hotel delivery vs. airport pickup
Airport pickup (free at Owen Roberts International / GCM) is the fastest way to get on the road — you're driving away 15 minutes after clearing customs. Hotel delivery is better when you want to decompress before driving on the left (useful after a red-eye), when you're travelling with small kids who need to crash, or when you're hotel-hopping and don't want to manage the car for the first half day. Both are free; pick whichever fits your arrival style.
Return works the same way
When you're ready to return the car, meet our driver at the hotel lobby at your chosen time — we'll drive it back to our office. Schedule the pickup for your departure day's checkout time or just before you leave for the airport. If you're flying out the same day, give us at least 2 hours before your flight so there's no rush. We track flight times on the return too.
Running late? What to do
If your flight is delayed, just message us at +1 (345) 949-1704 (call or WhatsApp). We'll reschedule the delivery for when you actually land — no charge for a single same-day reschedule, and no rush on your end. If you're already at the hotel and realise you need to push pickup time, same thing — message us. We'd rather flex the schedule than leave you pacing the lobby.
Non-hotel delivery (villas, Airbnbs, condos)
Free delivery extends to vacation rentals — condos, villas, Airbnbs — anywhere on Grand Cayman. Enter the property address at checkout (or the nearest hotel as a landmark if Airbnb only gave you a general area). For the East End and West Bay vacation rentals, add a note about how we'll find you — some of the coastal properties have unmarked driveways that Google Maps doesn't know about.

The price you see at checkout is the total — no delivery fee, no credit-card surcharge, no airport fee. Pickup can be at a hotel, the airport, our George Town office, or the cruise tender dock — all free.

- How do I request hotel delivery?
- At checkout, choose your hotel as the pickup location and add the hotel name in the notes field. If your hotel isn't in the dropdown, pick the closest one and note your actual property in the comments. Share your flight number too so we track your arrival.
- What if I'm not checked in yet when the car arrives?
- Leave a 30-minute buffer after your check-in time when you schedule delivery — that way the room is ready when you arrive. If the hotel hasn't processed your check-in, we can still hand over keys at the lobby; just leave the car with the valet and get settled.
- Can I return the car to my hotel the same way?
- Yes. Free hotel pickup for returns, too. Schedule at checkout or by phone. We recommend returning at your checkout time (or 2+ hours before your flight if you're same-day) so our driver has a buffer to get the car back to the office.
