How to Pick Up Your Rental Car at Owen Roberts Airport

Step 1:Book with airport delivery
At checkout, choose Owen Roberts Airport as your pickup location and add airport delivery — it's free. Enter your airline and flight number so we can track your arrival.

Step 2:Meet us curbside when you land
Clear immigration and customs as normal. Our driver will be waiting curbside outside the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name and the keys ready. Total time from baggage claim to driving away is usually under 15 minutes.

Step 3:Hand over your license and confirmation email
Have your driver's license (valid home-country license — US, Canadian, UK, EU all accepted), the credit card used for booking, and your confirmation email (digital or printed) ready. No International Driving Permit needed, and no separate Cayman visitor's permit either — that requirement was abolished in 2019.

Step 4:Sign the agreement and drive on the left
We'll do a quick 5-minute walkaround of the car and a left-side driving refresher. Grand Cayman drives on the LEFT (British-style) with the steering wheel on the right side of the vehicle. Speed limits are low (25–40 mph). Most visitors adjust within 20–30 minutes.

Step 5:Return at the airport curb
Drop-off works the same in reverse — return to the arrivals curb, meet our driver, and hand over the keys. Allow 45–60 minutes before your flight departure for a relaxed return.
